Meet FlexiTwin — The Energy Company

Meet FlexiTwin.
The part of our platform most people do not know exists.

Every FlexiPack and FlexiPod unit we deploy has a digital identity.
A permanent record. A live data stream.
Here is what we do with it.

Every unit. Monitored. Understood. Optimised.

We call it Battery Aadhaar — a unique digital identity for every battery asset we put into the field.

FlexiTwin reads that data continuously. State of charge. Temperature. Cycle count. Degradation rate. Load pattern. It builds a model of each battery — a digital twin — and uses that model to predict maintenance needs, optimise dispatch, and extend lifecycle.

Battery Aadhaar — A Unique Identity Per Asset

Every FlexiPack and FlexiPod unit ships with a permanent digital identity that persists for its entire lifecycle. Regardless of where it is deployed, which site it moves to, or how many operators manage it — FlexiTwin always knows exactly who it is, what it has been through, and what it can still do.

Why does this matter? Because a battery we do not understand is a liability. A battery we can model is an asset.

When a fleet operator asks: "How long will this battery last?"
We do not guess. FlexiTwin computes it — from actual cycle history, degradation rate, ambient temperature, and load pattern. The answer is specific to that unit, that site, that shift pattern.
When a C&I customer asks: "When do I need to service this unit?"
FlexiTwin already has that answer — 72 hours before the unit would tell you itself. Maintenance becomes scheduled, not reactive. Downtime becomes planned, not surprising.
When a grid operator asks: "Can this fleet participate in a demand response event?"
FlexiTwin knows the state of every enrolled unit in real time. It dispatches only the assets that have sufficient capacity, routes the event intelligently, and logs every action for revenue settlement.

"Most battery companies give you hardware. We give you hardware that generates intelligence."

The digital twin is not a dashboard. A dashboard shows you what happened. FlexiTwin tells you what is going to happen — and acts on it before we need to ask.

That is the difference between a monitoring tool and an intelligence layer. We built the second thing.

No visibility into your battery assets? That is a solvable problem.

If we are managing a fleet or a facility and have no real-time insight into what our batteries are doing — let us show you what real monitoring looks like.
