What happens if something goes wrong at 2am?

Every system we deploy is monitored around the clock through FlexiTwin. If something looks off, our team gets an alert before you do. We're not waiting for you to call us - we're already looking at it.

How long does installation take, and do I need to manage contractors?

A standard FlexiPod installation is 1 to 2 hours. Our team handles the site assessment, the installation, the grid integration, and the commissioning. You don't coordinate anyone. We hand you a live, monitored system and walk you through it.

Most customers are surprised by how little they need to do. That's by design.

We're not a large factory. Does this work for a warehouse or office?

Yes. FlexiPod works from 10 KVA load upwards - that covers most warehouses, dark stores, clinics, mid-size offices, and commercial spaces.

Do I need to actively manage the system after it's installed?

No. FlexiTwin monitors the system, optimises when to charge and discharge, and handles VPP participation automatically if you're enrolled. You get a dashboard if you want to look - most customers check it once a week out of curiosity, not necessity.

The system runs itself. That's the point.

When grid power comes back, does it switch automatically or do we have to do something?

It switches automatically. The changeover happens in under 20 milliseconds - fast enough that your servers, cold chain, or production equipment won't notice. No manual switch, no reset, nothing from your side.

The system is monitoring grid quality continuously. When it's stable, it switches back. When it drops, it switches to stored power. You'll see it happen on the dashboard, but you won't feel it.

You're a startup. Why would I trust you with something this critical?

It's a fair thing to ask. We're not going to tell you to ignore the risk - we're going to show you why it's manageable.
