Hardware Design Engineer

Responsibilities
Design and development of digital and analog electronics for power electronics control systems
Start-to-finish ownership of control boards β from specification through prototype to manufacturing
Product-level electrical design including component selection, branch circuit design, and insulation coordination
Collaborative work with mechanical, digital control, thermal, and manufacturing test engineers
Troubleshoot circuit issues including switching noise coupling and component overheating
Lead FMEA and RCA processes; review hardware designs and component selection
What We're Looking For
Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design for power systems
Experience bringing hardware from prototype to production
Comfort with cross-disciplinary collaboration β you'll sit between mechanical and software
Systematic approach to debugging and root cause analysis
